1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and m6666 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the m6666 website located at m6666.cam and any associated mobile applications, software, games, services and content (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Services or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the m6666 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins equivalent, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to authenticate a User's identity, age and payment methods.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game outcome, sports event or any other wagering market available on the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

It is your responsibility to determine whether use of the Services is lawful in your location before registering. Pakistani users must independently assess their obligations under applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. m6666 does not represent that its Services are authorised, licensed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the m6666 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.4 Capacity to Contract

By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you, that you are not under self-exclusion from gambling, and that you are not registering on behalf of any third party.

4 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other fields designated as mandatory. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. m6666 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other support channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support immediately via the contact details in Section 15.

4.3 KYC Verification

m6666 operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following at any stage:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or photograph of card, e-wallet account, or bank statement);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed operator-defined thresholds.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by m6666 may result in account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal requests.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. m6666 may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the operator's published fee schedule, after providing the required advance notice to the registered email address. The remaining balance, if any, remains accessible to the Account holder on re-verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

m6666 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

For Pakistani users, the cashier may list familiar local payment references — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual payment options. These references are informational only. m6666 does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with online gambling operations.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. m6666 reserves the right to process withdrawals only to the same payment method and account used for the originating deposit (the "return to source" principle), where technically available. 5.3 Processing Times

5.4 Currencies

Account balances are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), conversion rates applied by the operator and the payment processor may differ. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits awarded by m6666 are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and time limits. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a stated number of times on eligible games before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering on games with a house edge exceeding the operator's defined threshold may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, to wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

m6666 monitors betting patterns for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance or zero-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent; use of automated betting software; collusion between multiple accounts; and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, m6666 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings and close the Account.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Only after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied will bonus-derived funds be eligible for withdrawal. Any real-money balance present at the time a withdrawal is requested remains withdrawable regardless of bonus status, unless it is structurally linked to the bonus terms of the specific promotion.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on m6666 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems operated by the relevant game studio. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run theoretical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. 7.2 Sports Betting

Bets placed on events later found to have been subject to match manipulation may be voided.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error during a game session or bet placement, m6666 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet or game round may be voided and the stake returned. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error, software fault or pricing error are not payable and may be voided.

7.4 Bet Acceptance

All wagers are accepted at the sole discretion of m6666. A bet is considered accepted only when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a reference number has been issued. m6666 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects a pricing or data error.

8 Responsible Gambling

9 Prohibited Conduct

1. Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party;

3. Using the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
4. Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other software to place bets or interact with the Platform other than through the authorised interface;
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider knowledge exploitation or coordinated bonus abuse;
6. Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, pricing errors or technical malfunctions to generate winnings;
7. Using proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering or fraud to fund an Account;
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards m6666 staff or other users;
9. Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling restriction, including self-exclusion, by registering a new account.

A breach of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the m6666 Platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of m6666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of m6666.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m6666 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the Services;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure or regulatory action;
• Any gambling losses incurred by you as a result of using the Services — gambling is inherently risk-bearing and you accept that risk in full;
• Any third-party content, links, game studios or payment processors connected to the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, m6666's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting m6666 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable fees, if any, and subject to KYC completion) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Bonus funds not yet converted to real money will be forfeited upon closure.

12.2 Closure by m6666

m6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. Where an Account is closed by m6666 for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including the limitation of liability, intellectual property rights and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m6666 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to m6666's internal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within the timeframe specified in the operator's complaints policy, you may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by the operator's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction, which cannot be excluded by contract.

14 Amendments to These Terms

m6666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, m6666 will provide advance notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification, with a stated effective date for the new terms. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account before the effective date.
